The site looks nice overall, but sometimes it takes me longer than it should to find what I’m looking for. It’s not terrible, just a bit clunky in places, especially when that part doesn’t really seem to lead where you expect.

I ordered a couple of mugs from emmabridgewater.co.uk and yeah, the packaging was good. There was plenty of padding, and nothing turned up cracked or chipped, which I was a bit worried about. The box was maybe a little bigger than it needed to be, but not a big deal really. The delivery box looked a bit bashed on the outside, but everything inside was totally fine. I’d order again.

I got a mug personalised with a name on it, and while the mug itself is actually really nice, I couldn’t stop noticing the lettering. It looked just slightly off, like the spacing and angle weren’t quite right, and one part seemed a bit more wonky than the rest. It’s not terrible by any means, but for what I paid I was expecting the name to look a bit cleaner and more carefully done. Delivery was totally fine, no issues there, but I did feel a bit disappointed when I opened it because the personalisation made the whole thing feel a little rushed.

I’ll admit, a lot of the pieces are really and caught my eye right away. But some of the patterns feel kind of dated, like they were pulled from a hidden warehouse stash nobody was supposed to notice. Not totally my style, but there are definitely some nice finds in there.

I’ve had a few Emma Bridgewater mugs and plates for over a year now, and they’ve ended up being used pretty much every day. They’ve been through the dishwasher more times than I can count, and annoyingly enough, they still look great with no chips or fading.

I’m not exactly gentle with stuff either, so I was expecting at least one casualty by now. They’re definitely not cheap, which I still grumble about a bit, but I have to admit they feel like the kind of things that’ll last for years.

i ordered this as a present, but when it showed up it just didn’t really feel gift-worthy. the packaging was plain and not as nice as i expected for the price. it felt a bit underwhelming to hand over to someone. probably fine if you’re buying it for yourself, but i don’t think i’d order again for a special gift...

I was hoping this would be better, but it just felt way overpriced. The mug itself is fine, nothing wrong with it really, but it’s not anything special for the amount they’re charging. Then you add the delivery cost on top and it starts feeling a bit ridiculous. I’ve bought similar mugs elsewhere for a lot less, so yeah, it just didn’t feel worth it to me

We did the factory visit first and then had a look around the shop. The painting part was probably the best bit and was genuinely fun, but it all felt a bit rushed and quite cramped. The staff were polite, but when we asked where we were supposed to collect things, they weren’t especially helpful.
The shop had some lovely pieces, but I did find the prices steep, even for the seconds, so I was a bit careful about what I picked up. The cafe queue moved slowly too, and a lot of tables needed clearing. It wasn’t a terrible visit, but for the cost and the trip out, I expected it to feel a bit better organised.

Had to send it back and the return itself was easy. Refund took a bit longer than I expected, but it did come through in the end, so all good.

My order arrived exactly as I placed it, and I didn’t run into any issues. To be fair, it was a straightforward purchase, but everything was correct and handled well

I tried to buy a mug set twice, and both times it turned out to be out of stock. What bothers me is that the site still makes it look like it’s available. That just doesn’t feel right to customers who are taking the time to shop there.

I do like this mug. The design is really nice, and it feels good to hold. Kind of simple, kind of cozy. But then I noticed this tiny rough spot on the handle where the glaze isn’t totally smooth. Not a dealbreaker or anything. I still use it. Just for the price, I guess I expected it to feel a little more finished

It got here faster than I was expecting. I remember checking the tracking and thinking it would be another day or two, but then it was already at the door. Even the box looked like it hadn’t been tossed around much, which I always notice.

I reached out for help and never got a reply back. For what I paid, I expected at least a basic response. Disappointing customer service, and it makes me think twice about spending money here again.
